NOTE: I'm on Kontact version 5.10.1.  I've preformed multiple update attempts
but 5.10.3 doesn't seem to be available for my version of Neon.

I noticed this only seems to be an issue with one of my email accounts
(KolabNow).  The other two (Gmail and Hotmail) seem to work fine.  

In my akonadi log, I see LOTS of entries similar to this;
  org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Payload file 
"/home/<user>/.local/share/akonadi/file_db_data/26/56126_r67"  could not be
open for reading!
  org.kde.pim.akonadiserver: Error:  "No such file or directory"

I can provide full logs if that would help.
