Hello,
I do have this problem too here with Kubuntu 18.04 with korganizer
(4:17.12.3-0ubuntu2).

I use nextcloud as server, event display well online, sync work well with
Korganizer but don't with Outlook Caldav Synchronizer wich is problem for team
work.

Not enough experimented with building to try something in Ubuntu.
