I think this patch could be problematic because it leads to this bug reported
for korganizer: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=385364

It seems the ICAL RFC forbids UNTIL and COUNT appearing at the same time in an
RRULE. And Outlook CalDav Synchronizer for example doesn't accept such events.
