Since the latest opensuse updates I get a very weird popup every time I start
kontact (see attachment). After I click "OK" on it, kontact works normally.

Pasting the html from the popup directly into the address line of a webbrowser
shows that the page that kontact wants to show me is some kind of first run
welcome page (see attachment 2)
