Qt5.11, Plasma 5.12.5, Frameworks 5.46.0, Kontact 5.8.1
Outgoing mails are sent back from draft to the local folders Outbox and stay
there, after some time I receive a notification there is a time-out.
Tried downgrading, doesn't work, tried exchange SSl to TSL, didn't work.
