KMail offers the option to reply with HTML in case the original message was in
HTML.
I have this switched off in general, but in some cases I need to reply with
HTML.
For these cases it would be great to have a special 'Reply with HTML',
otherwise you have to go to 'settings, enable HTML reply, and afterwards
disable it again , which is a bit annoying.
Ideally this special reply is switched off if 'reply with HTML is enabled
globally.
