patch to reenable numbers, v17.12.0

Hi Kamil, I am happy this is useful to someone. I'll post updated patches in a
more timely way.

Here is the patch to re-enable numbers for kmail 5.7.0, as found in kde
17.12.0,
as shipped by the latest fedora 27 updates
