Message I get is:

E-Mail Sending Failed

Failed to transport message. Connection timed out Failed to store result in
item. Item query returned empty result set 

Is there a way to setup a time-out somewhere? Google says:
Server timeouts Greater than 1 minute (5 is recommended)
