Since recently (?) some actions are missing from the mailing list and mail view
context menu:

- show message structure
- use fixed font
- view source (available in Message menu, but not context menus)
- maybe more, but the above I actually miss

They also don't show up in the menu - one has to know their shortcut to trigger
them, which is not very discoverable.
