SUMMARY
Akonadi protocol mismatch results in "The email program encountered a fatal
error and will terminate now" dialog. This dialog blocks actual error message,
displayed in KMail window. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Update. Don't restart Akonadi server yet.
2. Restart KMail
3. Observe

OBSERVED RESULT
As described, actual error message isn't vieweable.

EXPECTED RESULT
Dialog should contain erorr message instead of just saying "Fatal error".
