tested in kde neon 14.4 
kontact Version 5.10.0

steps
open kontact click feeds check its working 
go to kontact settings and disable feeds
press apply and ok 
click around other elements, everything is working as expected.
go back to setting and enable feeds 
press apply and ok 
click on feeds and kontact crashes




then a couple thousans of these :
