SUMMARY

I cannot create a new account in KMail using the account creation
wizard.  I can however create a custom IMAP account in KMail > Settings >
Configure KMail > Accounts > Receiving > Add > Add Custom.  If I try to use
the wizard, I get the same problem as
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=401557, but more generally for IMAP
accounts, not just Kolab.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start KMail
2. Create new account using account creation wizard.
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Same as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=401557

EXPECTED RESULT
That an account would be created, and IMAP mail could be checked.
