A 'Unified Folder' which includes messages from multiple folders would be very
useful.

By Default it would include messages from all folders named 'Inbox' (for
example if there were multiple accounts, including local account).

User could edit which folders were aggregated into the Unified Folder.

In the GUI it would appear at the top.

User could change setting to remove/add back Unified folder.
