What Happens:
I am using DAV resource for my contacts and calendars. One of the calendars is
'Birthdays' which I have unchecked in Kontact -> Calendar Component. This works
fine in Calendar component, but summary component still show them in 'Upcoming
events' list.

Expected Results:
Only events from calendars that are selected should show in 'Upcoming Events'

Using Kontact version 5.7.3 (seleced 5.7.2 from drop-down because there isn't
5.7.3 in there) on ArchLinux.
