KMail v5.6.3

Settings -> Configure KMail -> Accounts -> Sending -> Modify -> Advanced ->
"Send custom hostname to server" is configured with an hostname different from
my computer hostname. But still KMail sends my computer's hostname in
"Message-ID" header field.
