If i start kontact with start of akregator as first window nothing reads for 
akregator but switching to kmail It reads mail.  Switching back to akregator
does not solve issue

If I start kontact with  kmail window as first and then  switch into akgeragor
everything works OK.

Addition. Akonadi and Konatct waits for password for kwallet at first start
