Kleopatra does not have much todo with Thunderbird / Enigmail. Please report an
issue to Enigmail for that.

I do not understand what you mean by certified cash. As this bug report is not
understandable I'm marking it as invalid. If you have more details please add
them and we can maybe figure out if there really is a problem in Kleopatra.
