[kdepim] [Bug 379792] akonadi_imap_resource crashes after requesting password

Having re-installed the full kontact/kmail/korganizer suite to 16.12.3, kmail
successfully started, but akonadi_imap_resource prompted for a password,
following which a successful authentication and download was achieved. (does
this mean 17.04.[01] corrupted the kwallet entries?)
