I am also seeing this on F25. It happened after the last updates of
qt5-qtwebengine to 5.8.x 
You can downgrade to version qt5-qtwebengine-5.7.1-4.fc25.x86_64.rpm as a
temporary fix.
I have no idea if its a qt5-qtwebengine or Kmail2 bug.
