Hi,
I also updated to 16.12.3 and it still has some issues with the filter agents
as described in the previous post.
I figured out now, that filtering spams with bogofilter or spamassassin does
work now, not sure whether that is new. However, adding additional filters,
e.g. move all incoming mails which contain a specific string to another
subfolder still leads to the problems described: doubling of mails, not able to
delete mails.

I also use pop. Not sure whether that also applies to imap.
