opensuse leap 42.2

kmail 5.3.3 (qtwebengine)

if i send a mail
then
kmail checks syntax
but
french dic is selected and kmail uses english dic instead of french dic
see the attached capture.

you can see that kmail suggests "net" "one" "new" "no"
