in fact at second launch akregator does not crash.

akregator finds an empty feeds.opml
then
creates a backup of this problematic feeds.opml
creates a default feeds.opml
then
opens an error windows explaining the problem
then
starts
then
asks if we want to restore the previous session or not
then
i answer no
then
i import from my daily home backup the backup of feeds.opml
