[kontact] [Bug 174977] clicking on system tray icon doesn't open the relevant kontact part

Still happens to me. The way I use kontact gives me a kmail icon in the tray,
and a akregator icon. Clicking on either one when kontact is hidden brings it
up with the kontact part active that was active when I minimized kontact.

Kontact 5.5.2 from openSUSE rpms. Plasma is 5.10.2, Frameworks is 5.35.0.

Whatever happened to "kde-config --version"?
