Marked as Solved because:
the following packages were prevented from updating:
libharfbuzz-gobject0 libharfbuzz-icu0 libharfbuzz0b libqt5webengine-data
libqt5webengine5 libqt5webenginecore5 libqt5webenginewidgets5

after removing the following packages the upgrade went on and everything was
fixed:

libgtk2.0-0:i386 libharfbuzz0b:i386 libpangocairo-1.0-0:i386
libpangoft2-1.0-0:i386
