This bug is marked fixed and everything worked fine for me until a recent
update. It seems that the bug has been reintroduced into the code. Checked it
various times today.

Right now I'm using an up-to-date Chakra Linux with:

KMail 5.4.0
akonadi 16.12.0

Anything else needed?
