[kmail2] [Bug 376750] After downloading an attachment, kmail doesn't show open saved folder action

Ok I see your bug (I can't reproduce it as I can't have popup...)
but when I click on I have a dialog box which told me if I want to save/open
etc.
and when I save it I can see 'action' to open saved folder.

I will fix first bug to show menu :)
and after that I will look at why if I can reproduce your bug.
