Hello

my wish is, that Marco's 'ideal thing' 

"set the margins for printing e-mails and other things to work with to 10 mm at
the top, the bottom an the right/outer margin. The left/inner margin should be
20 mm by default, because the pages get perforated."

is soon accepted and realized.
