its terminal print for kmail crash

Kmail was just working,
suddenly its crash, and I try to open it again and again, and its crash again
and again,
so I upgrade my KDE 5.10.5 to 5.11.4 
but nothing fix, 
please seed the attached screenshot for terminal print.
