i made an error.

even i not select any property site url disappears.

it seems there is a general problem around property "work", "home" etc.

if i don't select for example "work" for phone number then it disappears with
sync. i must select for example "work".

i assume something changed at "Google Contacts". "home", "work" etc. are coded
differently or the api changed
