Seeing this comment inspired me to see what the Help button does in kmail now. 
The KMail Handbook button leads only to the general KDE help, and there's
nothing useful to be found there.  But the KDE Handbook does exist at
https://docs.kde.org/trunk5/en/kdepim/kmail/index.html (there's probably a
better URL for this).  The Help button should point there.  (Maybe this should
be filed as a new bug.)
