After Starting Opensuse 42.1 KNotes produces sometimes additional notice
scedules, which are permanent and will appear at each starting of OpenSuse.  At
moment there are 10 scedules blocking partially the program line at the bottom
of the screen. New installation of knotes leads to the following protest of the
system:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Starting Opensuse with kde 5.5.5 - sometimes
2. I do not know, how to reproduce it, but the scedules are permant
3.

Actual Results:  
10 permant knotice scedules

Expected Results:  
knotes ought work only after calling the program
