[kontact] [Bug 367791] Kontact 5.3: Sometimes oxygen-icons are shown instead of breeze

I played a little bit around and found the following:
-removing cache did not help
-deinstalling oxygen5-icons results in no icons shown which means for some
reason the fallback theme is used
-I only see it in PIM Apps, no other KDE apps.
-it is not only the folder-icons but sometime also some toolbar icons
