[kmail2] [Bug 368135] Kmail crashes every time when I try to preview certain emails

Same behavior on Arch when previewing email.

After some attempts of running kmail and crashes happens, kmail process becames
zombie. Reboot is needed to be able to open kmail again.

Hint:
A few days ago, kio-pim was removed since it was replaced by klapd.
