            Bug ID: 363667
Summary: Moving mails: bad default action for enter key
           Product: kmail2
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: commands and actions
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: dominik.bodi at gmx.de

kmail 5.2.1 (not available in the version dropdown menu?)

It seems that with recent versions of kmail, the default action when pressing
the enter key changed from "ok" to "cancel".
This is really bad, especially when using the keyboard, as it destroys the
quick very ergonomic workflow. Now I have to select the "ok" button with the
mouse or use the tab key to select the "ok" button in order to complete moving
the mail. Formerly, simply pressing enter moved the mail.

Please make kmail revert to the old behaviour, that pressing the enter key in
the move mail dialog will actually move the mail. That way is much more
ergonomic, particularly when using the keyboard instead of the mouse.

Regards,
C. Dominik Bódi

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select an email
2. press "m" key to open "move mail" dialog.
3. type a few keys to select the right target folder for the move.
4. press "enter" key to complete the move.
5. watch that dialog closes but mail does not get moved.
6. realize why this happens, cry
7. realize that no kmail developer will ever look at this bug report. cry even
more.

Actual Results:
Mail did not get moved

Expected Results:
Mail should get moved to selected folder
