            Bug ID: 362823
Summary: Message List Panel Missing (5.2.0)
           Product: kmail2
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
                OS: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: major
          Priority: NOR
         Component: message list
          Assignee: kdepim-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: htmlguy999 at gmail.com

I just recently installed KDE Plasma 5 (including Kmail from kde-applications
package) on arch linux. In KMail 5.2.0 (I could not select this version in the
bug report due to it being missing), the Message List panel is missing, leaving
me unable to view which messages are in a folder. I have attempted to use View
-> Message List -> Create New Tab, but to no avail.

Currently the screen is divided in half horizontally, with the folder structure
and favourite folders on the left and a large panel on the right describing
this version of KMail.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install Arch Linux (Latest Version)
2. Install XOrg, KDE, and kde-applications (includes KMail)
3. Attempt to use KMail

Actual Results:
KMail worked but it is impossible to show the message list panel.

Expected Results:
The software should have made it possible to view a list of messages in the
selected folder.
