Unfortunately, I can't confirm that this issue has been resolved.
I've just checked. Yes, htlm messages with html quotes are displayed correctly
(with color lines), but when I try to answer on this message all these color
quotes disappear because editor doesn't support this functionality. It just
leaves indents instead of quotes.

I can provide a screenshots if it necessary.
