As the summary says email from Discourse forums aren't being threaded.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to any discourse forums
2.
3.

Actual Results:  
Each email is shows as separate.

Expected Results:  
Emails from same topic should be shown as threads.

Please see two email headers attached from same topics.
