Hello great kdepim folks!

In my usage patterns of kmail/kontact, I often find myself using it on a small
screen and using it on multihead setups. When I'm using kmail on a small
screen, I'd like to have the message preview pane below the message list, when
on a bigger screen rather on the right.

If you could add a toolbar button and/or shortcut combo, that would make my
life easier!
