[kmail2] [Bug 362192] kmail cannot show attached jpegs inline

Hello Laurent,

I have attached two files:

1. test.mbox 

This was created by LightRoom on Windows (sending photos by email). In this
case Kmail is even unable to show the message structure properly. For example,
if you try to do "Save Attachments", it says "Found no attachments to save"

2. test2-attached_from_Kmail.mbox

The same two images attached and sent by Kmail itself. In this case, the
message structure looks OK but images are still not visible in "Inline" mode.
