kmail (4.14.10) on KDE Platform 4.14.11 using Qt 4.8.7

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Whenever I start KMail, it complains that it cannot create the trash collection
(id 24). After clicking the OK button of that message, KMail crashed producing
the backtrace attached here.
