Ok, it just happened again:

The feed entry there is from the "Schweiz" folder and more specifically it's
this feed: 

http://www.news.admin.ch/dienstleistungen/00008/index.html?lang=de&rss-id=0_2
which points to this entry:
https://www.news.admin.ch/message/index.html?lang=de&msg-id=58614

However it's listed in the "News" folder and the blog name is fefe. Fefe's blog
is to be found here:

http://blog.fefe.de/ and there's no such entry.
