This bug exists since many many many, actually too many years.
I do not know ANY other application in which saving by CTRL-S closes the
window...
Why does kmail2 need this "feature"?
Please fix this or make it configurable!

According to my searchs, there are at least 2 bugs which got closed without a
working fix:
