"in the setup of Kmail is the opportunity to set up a default language (Kmai
einrichten -> E-Mail Editor -> Autokerrektur). Unfortunately, the choice is
"Deutsch" only and not "Deutsch (Deutschland)"." it never used so I need to
hide this settings.
