Hi,

from the IMAP log it appears that Outlook365 has broken IMAP support (no
surprise there), and the SEARCH query returns no results, thus the resource
thinks there's nothing to sync.

I should still have access to Outlook365 from my old highschool account, so
I'll see if I can remember the password and reproduce it.
