[kmail2] [Bug 350059] Filters in kmail no longer functional

Did a "akonadictl restart" from a terminal window, waited until it restarted,
then selected 70+ messages, then did a right mouse click and applied all
filters.  It did filter and move the two messages it found based on the filter.
