[Akonadi] [Bug 352014] Regression: Akonadi 15.08.0 iCal Resource does not accept https-URLs as calendar source any more

However it does not create the
~/https:/online.example.com/example_onlinej/ws/termin/https:/online.example.at/example_onlinej/ws/termin/a
folder anymore. When I restart the resource it shortly says "Downloading remote
file (0%)"  but then immediately switches back to ready without showing any
appointments.
The akonadi log says the following:
"Die Datei „https://****“ lässt sich nicht laden." (The file https://*** can't
be loaded)
The url is correct and I can open it in my browser.
