[kmail2] [Bug 354673] New: incorrect encoding on received plain text mail message

I got mail message on my box. Received it via imap. It's plain text, encoded
with koi8-r. But kmail shows it incorrect (I guess with utf-8).
Replying for this mail opens composer with the same incorrect text.
I am not sure this is kmail bug, but web interface of mail box shows it
correctly.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Receive plain text koi8-r encoded mail message

Actual Results:  
It shown with incorrect code page.

Expected Results:  
It shown with correct code page.
