To access the folder properties dialog one has to right click the folder for
which properties are to be displayed and select "Folder Properties" from the
RMB, even though the main menu "Folder" option does offer some folder actions
based on the currently selected folder.

The fact that such an imporatnt action requires accessing the RMB menu (or
using the "menu" key, which is not available in some popular modern laptops) is
deterimental to the feasability of using KMail with a keyboard only.
