Hm. You're right.
I can reproduce this when clicking on that envelope icon (I didn't even know
one can mark the mail read/unread by doing this).
I tried with a mixed_maildir_resource btw.

It seems to work fine when I mark it as read/unread via the context menu
though.

Anyway, reopening.
