if you don't have the title bar on the knote's note
leftclick on the lizard>configure desktop>window behaviour>window rules
section>select application settings for knotes voice(may be I created it
before)>click on modify button>click on appaerance & fixes tab

if you do have the title bar on the knote's note
rightclick on a note title bar>more actions>special application settings>click
OK>click on appaerance & fixes tab
